Due to the uniqueness of our company and the customizable options, all custom boots that have been submitted to us for design by you are not eligible for a refund. 

Any size small boots are also not available for a refund, not matter if they are in a like new condition. This is due to the difficulty of reselling such a small size. 

Boots that have not been worn or on a horse, and are in like new condition may be returned for a refund for the original purchase price of the boot, excluding shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. This policy only applies to boots that are considered normal stock, aka ones that were not custom to you.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your boots to contact us for a return at sales@prorateequine.com

Product defects: 

Each boots is reviewed time and time again prior to being sent out. If you receive a boot with a defect, it is eligible for a return prior to our approval. You must contact us before sending your boots back. If the boot was damaged by you, it is not capable of being refunded or warrantied. 

 

Wild rags are only capable of returning in never worn condition. You are responsible for return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee.
